Return Policy

In the event that damage occurs during shipping, please email sales@starlightandsparkles.com within one week of delivery and include a photo of the package and the damaged item(s), and once the damage is verified, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued.  
Due to the nature of the products made, Starlight and Sparkles is generally unable to accept returns or offer exchanges, but please contact us by email or by using the "Contact Us" form if you feel a product does not meet the description provided.  If there is a problem with any Starlight and Sparkles product, we want to know, and we want to make it right.
