This is a double strength version of our existing Phantasmal Kelpie top coat - it has twice the normal amount of pigment.  It is only offered in 15mL bottles.  

Phantasmal Kelpie is a color shifting shimmer top coat, meant for layering over other polishes. This contains a mix of Kelpie pigment, which shifts from teal to violet, and flashes aqua and purple at the extremes of its color range, and Phantom pigment, which shifts from a brilliant blue to violet to purple, and to near invisibility.  The effect of mixing Phantom with other UP and UP sibling pigments is fascinating, and it's better shown in photos and video than described in words!

Kelpie and Unicorn share similar spectrums of color shift, but Kelpie is bluer than Unicorn and its shift goes further into purple than Unicorn's does.

This polish contains two "unicorn pee sibling" pigments, which are pigments of the same sort as "unicorn pee" but with different color shifts.
