Phoenix Opal is an effect top coat with color shifting shimmer and iridescent flakes, meant for layering over other polishes. Phoenix Opal is an contains red to green shifting aurora flakes (large flake versions of the aurora pigments) and the same red to green shifting unicorn pee pigment used in all of Starlight and Sparkles' Phoenix polishes, which shifts from red to gold to green, and flashes vivid red and bright green at the extremes of its color range.
