Sparkling Bows is a fuchsia holographic polish, and is opaque in approximately two coats.  Sparkling Bows is named for the brightly colored, sparkling, holographic bows that are put on presents during the winter season!  A base coat is recommended with this polish, as it is highly pigmented and highly pigmented polishes can stain.
