Phantasmal Unicorn is a color shifting shimmer top coat, meant for layering over other polishes. This contains a mix of Unicorn pigment, which shifts from cool green to deep blue, and flashes turquoise and vivid indigo at the extremes of its color range, and Phantom pigment, which shifts from a brilliant blue to violet to purple, and to near invisibility.  The effect of mixing Phantom with other UP and UP sibling pigments is fascinating, and it's better shown in photos and video than described in words!

Unicorn and Kelpie share similar spectrums of color shift, but Unicorn is greener than Kelpie and its shift doesn't go as far into purple as Kelpie's does.

This polish contains two "unicorn pee sibling" pigments, which are pigments of the same sort as "unicorn pee" but with different color shifts. The green to blue color shifting pigment in the Unicorn polishes is the same kind of pigment that's in the original elusive Liquid Euphoria polishes with green to blue shifting shimmer.
