If You Piss Upon a Star 2.0 is a color shifting shimmer nail polish.  It is a sheer warm coral pink base with shimmer that shifts from red to gold to green, and flashes vivid red and bright green at the extremes of its color range.  The shimmer pigment is commonly known as unicorn pee, and is the same pigment used in the Phoenix-type polishes of Starlight Polish's Mythological line.  

This polish was originally created as a topper, and while it doesn't really build to opacity, there are a few ways it can be worn.  The color does build nicely in three coats, so three coats over a milky base coat (as many ridge fillers are) would have little, if any, VNL (visible nail line).  If you're okay with VNL, it can be worn alone as a pretty and punchy summery color.  And of course, it can always be used as a topper over other polishes!  

This polish is part of the By Request collection, a set of six polishes originally commissioned as customs by one very generous lady, who agreed to allow them to be added to the Starlight Polish line so everyone could enjoy them!  This polish is a "2.0" because of a change in colorant suppliers since the time the original If You Piss Upon a Star was made.  The formula was updated with the colorants Starlight and Sparkles currently uses.  There is a collage with images of the original bottles of If You Piss Upon a Star and Magical Micturition, and bottle shots from Polished Lifting of the new 2.0 versions.

This polish contains "unicorn pee" pigment. The red to green color shifting pigment in this polish is the same kind of pigment that's in the original elusive unicorn pee polishes (Clarins 230, Liquid Euphoria Bliss, etc).
