Star Jewel is a duochrome glass fleck top coat, meant for layering over other polishes. It shifts from green-tinged gold to cool sea green.

Star Jewel is named after character Rina Toin's image song from the anime series Mermaid Melody.

Rather than offering sets, purchasing three or more bottles of polish from the Mermaid Melody collection in a single order will give a discount of 3.5% on all Mermaid Melody collection polishes in the order, which will be reflected in the cart under the line "Mermaid Melody collection discount."
