Phantom Opal is an effect top coat with color shifting shimmer and iridescent flakes, meant for layering over other polishes. It is part of the Mythological Opal collection. Phantom Opal contains blue to purple shifting aurora flakes (large flake versions of the aurora pigments) and the same blue to purple shifting UP sibling pigment used in all of Starlight and Sparkles' Phantom polishes, which shifts from brilliant blue to violet to purple and into near invisibility.

The color shift of Phantom isn’t as strong as the other Mythological creatures, but it has a ghostly charm of its own!  The vividness of its blue aspect is stunning.

This polish contains a "unicorn pee sibling" pigment, which are pigments of the same sort as "unicorn pee" but with different color shifts.
