Phantom Wishes is an effect top coat with color shifting shimmer and multichrome glitter, meant for layering over other polishes.  Phantom Wishes contains blue to red multichrome glitter which shifts from blue through purple, violet, fuchsia, pink, and orange, and the has same blue to purple shifting UP sibling pigment used in all of Starlight and Sparkles' Phantom polishes, which shifts from brilliant blue to violet to purple and into near invisibility.

The color shift of Phantom isn’t as strong as the other Mythological creatures, but it has a ghostly charm of its own!  The vividness of its blue aspect is stunning.
